How to Scan Your Signature Certificate With Mobile and Apply For Exams

Use your smartphone camera or digital camera to scan your signature and documents and upload it for various exams without any problems.

There are so many examinations which require your Scanned signature and recent photographs and upload it to the server. And they will say do not upload your photographs and signature which was shot using your mobile phone or digital camera. And they will say that if such incidents were found the application will be rejected and no money will be returned. So if you are having a good camera in your smartphone you can easily scan your pictures and signatures using your smartphone and apply for any jobs, they will not detect your signature was scanned using your smartphone. So to do that follow the below instructions.
Tools and Applications Needed
A Smartphone with good camera
Office lens or camscanner (You can download it from Playstore and Apple Store)
Adobe photoshop

Steps

1. First install Office Lens by Microsoft or CamScanner from Google play store or Apple store
2. Open the Application and take the picture of the document/ Signature using the app
3. Save the Signature by cropping the image in desired dimenstion
4. Copy the image file to your Computer
5. Open the image in Adobe photoshop
6. Create a desired diemention from File > new . If your image is a signature the desired dimension will be 80 x 250. Here 80 represents the height and 250 represents the width
7. Copy the signature image and paste it to the newly created photoshop file
   You can use Ctrl+A to select the image of the signature from photoshop
   Ctrl+C will copy the image in to the clip board
   Ctrl+V will paste the content in the new photosho documents
8. Now Click on File > save image For Web Devices > Save

WQe have to use use the save image for web devices otherwise the picture will say that this picture was taken with your Smartphone with the camera details. This is because when a picture is taken using your smartphone or digital camera the details of the camera and whether the flash is used or not will also be stored in your picture. So if you directly upload the image to the server we can check it easily whether you taken the picture using a camera or not.

You can check it by right clicking on the picture from your computer and click on properties. then the details tab will says all the details about the camera.

But when you use save for Web devices in adobe photoshop it will not save the details of camera.
