Here is my Experience on Wild Life Photography with my Friends. The Photos are taken using Nikon D5300
Basically, I am not a Wild Life photographer not even a photographer. I don't have any DSLR Camera with me. But Today I accidentally became a Wild Life photographer? Now you may be thinking about what am I talking about. it's true. Today I have gone for a tour with my friends not on a bike but in Car. We were planning to go for a trip for a while and decided to trip at Wayanad. On the way, we went to a waterfall where we started our photography skills with DSLR which was rented from my friend for FREE.
After shooting our on Full figures and head shots we returned. While walking we find an Otter in water which is swimming under water. This is the first time we were seeing an Otter. I took out the DSLR and tried to focus on it to take a picture. Unfortunately, the Autofocus feature was turned off to save the battery power and it is still under water so we couldn't take any picture of it.
We waited and suddenly it came to the bank and I clicked several pictures. But none was clear ( I am little slow in focusing ), but got one clearly. I was really happy and I looked at the picture by zooming it.
But at that moment I lost a great shot. Because the Otter got up and stand on two legs and posed at me for a few seconds. This is what I call bad luck. My friends shouted at me to take the picture of it. But the passed time will never come back even if you pull it by using an elephant. After that golden moment, it went back to the forest.
If I was able to take that picture it will somewhat look like the below picture
This is where I praised Wild Life photographers because they are always trying to take a great picture of animals and birds and clicking beautiful pictures with their patience.
Practice makes perfect. So I didn't stop taking pictures of it But it didn't come again to the land after that. Still, I am taking pictures and I know that the pictures are not perfect. More Pictures can be seen later in my Blog.
What do you think about wildlife photography? Do you have any such experience of taking Golden Moment photographs? If you have one don't hesitate to share it in the comment box :)
