After Effects CS5.5 introduced in 2011 and After Effects CC started in 2012. After Effects CC latest version is CC 2017. Among these which one is good for your editing skills. Which one will be fast in Rendering Videos with highest compression rate which results in lesser video size. Which one is best to upload videos in Youtube and Facebook?
In this article I am comparing After Effects CS5.5 and After Effects CC 2015 which compares the speed at which each program starts and render videos at faster rate with minimum file size.

After Effects CC 2015 doesn't support MP4 Format natively. So Rendering MP4 videos in After Effects CS5.5 has taken 27 Minutes with the file size of 4 MB with settings as shown in this video.

From the above table After Effects CS5.5 is some what faster in Rendering than After Effects CC 2015. It also supports rendering videos in MP4 format which dramatically reduced the video size from 92 MB to less than 5 MB.
But feature wise After Effects CC 2015 is way better than After Effects CS5.5.
