Whether Fiverr is becoming official marketplace to sell pirated/ Copyright contents from videohive and other popular marketplace?
Fiverr was becoming more popular because of its low pricing available for buyers. We will get a Good intro video from fiverr for just 5$. The funny fact is that these intro videos are not made by the sellers. Almost all intro videos available in fiverr are from popular after effects template selling websites like videohive and revostock, where people are making amazing videos and selling it. Most of the sellers are exclusive sellers that means they are exclusively selling it on the website. It cannot be sold on any other platform.
But the sellers from fiverr are misusing videohive's contents. They are selling an item in which they have no right to sell. But fiverr is not considering this copyright issues even after reporting it to the fiverr support team. I have reported two GIGs which are selling copyrighted logo animations from videohive with link to the original content. Those GIGS are top selling on fiverr and to my surprise my support ticket get removed from fiverr.com instead of giving reply to my content or taking action against those copyright contents.
Which officially states that Fiverr is supporting copyrighted contents to sell in its website. I have listed the Fiverr GIGs that are using videohive after effects template with the GIG url and the Original template url in videohive
What all these means? People are selling on fiverr these items for a less cost is because they are not the original creator of the video. Since no copyright issues are considering by Fiverr team more and more copyright contents will be available for sale in fiverr which makes Fiverr the Best Marketplace for Selling Copyright contents without any issues.
In the beginning I also tried to download pirated contents from various website. But After I tried to create a template by myself by viewing some tutorial videos I understood I was doing wrong. So I am quiting selling pirated contents in fiverr and whenever I found a new pirated content from fiverr I try to report it with envato marketplace and will try to include it in my website.
