Finally Moto Z Play 7.1.1 Officially Available in India

Android Nougat 7.1.1 Update is officially available in India with Security features and Google Duo

Google has released Nougat 7.1.1 update a year ago. But Still the 7.1.1 update is not widely available for consumers. Only Google Nexus devices and Pixel devices are getting updates regularly. Moto Z Play was also introduced in India about an year ago with marshmallow (Android M) and the Nougat 7.0 update was released in April 2017. Now The latest 7.1.1 Nougat update is hitting to the smartphone in India.
Recently there was a confirmation regarding the soak test was completed in India and will be released soon to customers.
Android 7.1.1 Nougat update was available for Brazil a week ago and Now it is officially available in India also.
The update will take time to appear in all devices since the rolling is done in phase.

• Android 7.1.1 update is a much awaited update for Moto Z Play, no big differences are there with the 7.0 update. No new moto features are either available. The only new moto feature added is the screen shrinking feature. Now you have to tap on the centre and drag it to left or right bottom corner to shrink the entire screen for one handed use.
• No night mode available
• No Pixel launcher
• No New ions by Google (New motorola icons are included)
• New Camera application.
• Google Camera is not compatible (only 64 bit app is available for google camera since 4.4 update)
