Most people give limited disk space for ubuntu while installing it with Windows, here is a tip to extend the disk space in ubuntu after installing ubuntu with Windows dual boot
Whenever people want to try an Open software with Windows, they install Ubuntu since it is the most popular consumer product in Open source OS. But When dual booting Ubuntu with Windows most of us allow only limited hard disk space for ubuntu, like 10 to 15 GB. But to update Ubuntu to the latest version or install a good software in Ubuntu, the allocated hard disk space will not be sufficient. When you want to develop an Android OS for your smartphone you should have at least 100GB of space.
In Windows if we want to increase the C drive space we use Shrink/Extend disk from disk management tool. It is easy from windows itself. In the same way you can Extend the space for Ubuntu. Instead of disk management tool, Ubuntu has GPart tool. By doing the steps mentioned below you can easily increase or extend the space for ubuntu.
