Which is the Best Emulator for PUBG Mobile to play from your Low end Laptop or PC without any lag
There are two kinds of Emulators to play games like PUBG Mobile and other Android Games. In type you can install the emulator as an application inside Windows and run games from Android play store. In type 2 you have to install a separate Android OS for your laptop or PC.
Best Emulator to Install Inside Windows
You can find many Emulators to play android games for PC. To play pubg mobile in PC you can use the official emulator from Tencent known as Tencent Gaming Buddy. You can download the software from Tencent's official website link provided below.
Use this software only if you have a good cpu and graphics card.
Supported Configuration for Tencent Gaming Buddy for Lag free Game Play
Tencent Gaming buddy not published required configuration officially in their website or forum. The following are from my personal experience.
CPU : Intel i3 with 2.4 GHz and above
Memory : 8GB and above
Graphics : Integrated Graphics in i3 or any dedicated graphics card (2GB and above)
If your system doesn't support lag free game play in your laptop or PC you can use the second method.
Best Emulator for Low End PCs or Laptops
I tested various Android OS from Androidx86 project like Phoenix OS, Prime OS etc. I installed them using a windows installer and installed them on a separate drive as I installed Ubuntu. The results are published below.
My System configuration
CPU : Intel i3-6006U
RAM : 8GB DDR4
Graphics Card : Intel HD 520 (Unable to use dedicated Graphics card Raedon M430 2GB in Android OS)
Tested Android OS : Phoenix OS and Prime OS
After Testing Latest Android OS as in 12/03/2018 Phoenix OS is the best option to play PUBG Mobile on PC for low end PC/Laptop like my configuration. I tested it after installing it through Android Installer and installed it on a separate drive (ext4 format). In my opinion installing it on separate drive (ext4) format option is better. It makes the Android OS to run smoothly and reduces random reboot.

Why Phoenix OS?
- It has better key mapping
- highly flexible key mapping
- PUBG Mobile automatically detect the system as a High End Device on first start
- In smooth Settings you will get Extreme fps options
- Once you started playing PUBG Mobile there is no lag or reboot
Issues in Phoenix OS
Wifi Connection problem : Sometimes wifi automatically disconnects during a game play
Solution : Instead of Wifi use Ethernet or USB tethering from Mobile (Even though it takes multiple reboots to connect through Ethernet once it connected it will never disconnects during a Game)
Why not Prime OS?
Even though Prime OS is more stable than Phoenix OS and connects Ethernet more faster than Phoenix OS it is still not ready to play PUBG Mobile on PC.
- It is not detected as an Emulator by PUBG Mobile (In future there is a good chance to ban your account)
- Key mapping is not as great as Phoenix OS
- Same key cannot be used multiple times
- Movement key locks at some point
If the Key mapping improves in future Prime OS Will be the number one choice to play PUBG Mobile on PCs. As for now Phoenix OS is best.
